Utsamani Cintyamena
Utsamani or Ucha is a seasoned research assistant at Universitas Gadjah Mada’s Center for Tropical Medicine, Faculty of Medicine, Public Health, and Nursing. She is accustomed to assisting in the development of research proposals and instruments, as well as communicating with donors, obtaining research permits, and hosting webinars. Her recent research projects have primarily focused on infectious diseases, such as the rapid uptake of COVID-19 Ag RDTs, clinical trials of COVID-19 prophylaxis, and rapid access to malaria treatment in the Manokwari District of West Papua. She has a bachelor’s degree in nutrition and a master’s degree in public health from Universitas Gadjah Mada. She recently joined the WHO-AIC Health Rapid Review Network.
