Ari Natalia Probandari
Head of The Tuberculosis Research Group
Ari Probandari is a doctor who specializes in public health and has specific training. She is a facilitator at the WHO/TDR regional training center for implementation research in the South East Asia Region. Her research focuses on disease control program implementation, program evaluation, and health systems. Ari Natalia Probandari currently heads the Public Health Doctoral Study Program at Sebelas Maret University’s Faculty of Medicine. She is a doctor who graduated from Umea University in Sweden with a Master of Science in Public Health and a PhD. She is also currently the Head of the Tuberculosis Division at the Center for Tropical Medicine, Gadjah Mada University Yogyakarta. She has worked for the Indonesian Ministry of Health and the World Health Organization as a technical assistance consultant for the development of a national action plan for the control of tuberculosis between 2015 and 2019. She also wrote a number of books, all of which have been published.
